Philosophy
To teach and show how the development of strength and power with an understanding of all its methods and principles can enable each athlete to improve their sports performance and help prevent injuries.  Focus is given to all areas of strength including: relative, starting, maximum, explosive, grip, endurance, speed and special.  Sessions may begin with a specific functional dynamic warm-up followed by Olympic style lifts.  We then move on to traditional strength lifts, dumbbells and bodyweight exercises. We finish with abdominal/core exercises, stretching and recovery techniques.  Our goal is to help each athlete reach their full athletic potential.
