Club Sports
Mission Statement:
The Stevens Institute of Technology Club Sports Program, consistent with Intercollegiate Athletics and the Institute’s mission, strives to provide leadership and recreational opportunities to the student body of the Institute, in order for them to enhance their knowledge and skills in a specific sport of interest, while at the same time retaining social, cognitive and physical experiences. Stevens provides funding for Club Sports to provide resources, assistance and guidance to the individual clubs. Each club is formed, developed, governed and administered by the student membership of that particular club and overseen by the Club Sports staff, their advisor and/or their coach. Any questions regarding the policies and procedures of the club sport program should be directed to John Maurizi, Director of Campus Recreation at john.maurizi@stevens.edu
