Rules
- Every team is allowed four players on the playing surface and a minimum of three players.
- To receive a point the catcher must catch the Frisbee while either a foot is in the end zone or if the catcher is in the air, they must land with at least one foot in the end zone. If a player runs into the end zone due to momentum, then the player must step out of the end zone in order to throw to someone in the end zone.
- The thrower cannot move their pivot foot, and they cannot jump.
- The catcher can only take two steps after the catch.
- Only one person can cover the thrower. They must stay far enough away so that the thrower cannot touch them with the Frisbee. The marker counts 7 (one thousand). If the thrower doesn't throw in this period of time, then it is a turnover. Someone cannot replace the marker and resume their count.
- If the Frisbee hits the ground, then it is a turnover.
- There are Two 20 minute halves which are on running time. Each team is permitted One 1 minute timeout per half. If time is up and the score is tied, a five minute sudden death period will be played.
- Penalties - There is no physical contact. No penalties (unless it is a malicious act). If an infraction is committed, the players will rectify it, and resume play.
