 About Men's Volleyball

The Stevens Men's Club Volleyball Team is in its fourth year of existence.  Founded by the merger of two previous club entities, it was formed in the Fall Semester of 2004.

Our club's primary goal is to improve our individual skills in the game of volleyball and to teach the game of volleyball to all those who wish to learn.

The Stevens Volleyball Club is a NIRSA qualified club team, and competes regularly in intercollegiate scrimmages, matches, and both school-hosted and regional/national tournaments.  Currently we are entered in the Middle Atlantic Collegiate Volleyball Conference North East Division.

The degree of competition involved with this program is comparable to a small NCAA Division III program, without as large a commitment from the players, and without as intense of a schedule.

In the upcoming season we hope to improve our overall status within the club volleyball community, as well as expand our club membership within Stevens Institute of Technology.  There are high hopes for this club to make a strong showing once again in MACVC and at the NIRSA National tournament.

This club is open to all those who wish to play the sport of volleyball.  We do not require previous experience to join the club, but remind all students that only individuals with enough skill and experience will be invited to the competitive team.

Many of our practices are reserved for the competitive teams and general club members will not be allowed to participate.
