A fitness assessment is an excellent way to establish your current health and fitness levels by identifying strengths and weaknesses. We will help you create individualized fitness and nutrition goals that will put you on the right track to a healthy lifestyle.
Assessments are approximately one-hour long and cost $30. The session is private and completely confidential. We include:
- Resting Heart Rate
- Body-Fat Percentage
- Girth Measurements
- Nutrition Planning
- Fitness Planning
