Patrons are expected to comply with Fitness Center rules while utilizing the facility. Members should receive instructions on equipment with which they are unfamiliar.Fitness Center orientations are recommended. Please contact Aliyah Reid at areid@stevens.edu to set up an appointment.
All members are required to present a valid Stevens student identification card or a current Stevens membership card to the front desk and fitness center attendant upon entering the building. The use of the cardiovascular machines is on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is a 20-minute time-limit if others are waiting for a machine.

NEW FITNESS CENTER FALL HOURS:
Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday: 6:00am-10:30pm
Tuesday/ Thursday: 8:00am-10:30pm
Saturday: 9:00am-9:00pm
Sunday: 12:00noon-10:30pm
Stevens Fitness Center Rules:
You must swipe in at the desk with the attendant before entering the fitness center.
Please leave all personal belongings outside the fitness center. This includes extra clothing, bags, keys, etc.
No food is allowed! WATER ONLY. Juice drinks should be kept outside the fitness center.
Wear proper gym attire. No jeans, baggy clothes, boots, dress shoes or sandals. Sneakers must be worn.
Foul language and loud grunting is prohibited.
Do not bring extra equipment (other than weight belt) in the facility.
Replace any free weights or plates when you are finished using them.
Wipe down any cardio equipment when you are finished using it.
