Aerobic Fitness- Sculpt and Tone your body in a fun, high energy way! Starts out with 20 minutes of fitness cardio and moves to a  series  of exercises using light weight repetitions, floor mat work and the balance ball!   An added component of cardio hip-hop and resistance bands  is sometimes incorporated to mix  things  up.  You will feel all muscle groups worked out after this hour of aerobic fun!

Beginner Yoga
Hatha yoga classes at a Basic and open level. Classes consist of gentle meditation combined with breath-synchronized movement known as a basic Vinyasa practice, encouraging a smooth set of positions to flow seamlessly together. This emphasis on breathing and healthy alignment, along with the promoting of relaxation within the class helps develop muscular strength, suppleness and flexibility.

Body Sculpt
The Body Sculpt class is a total body workout. We start with a five-minute warm-up and then work the upper & lower body and the abs. We end with a good stretch/cool down. We use weights, exercise balls, medicine balls, and thera-bands, depending on the theme of the class.
We also incorporate light aerobics, maybe some hip-hop aerobics, and lots of mental and physical stimulation to make that hour fly by!

Cardio & Strength
A total-body fitness workout including cardiovascular and strength-training with the use of dumbbells, stability balls, and body weight exercises.

Cardio Kickboxing
Cardio Kickboxing is a high energy, high impact class. Be prepared to shuffle, kick, and punch to upbeat music. This class is a perfect combination of cardiovascular training, body sculpting, and core stabilization. Stronger abs, improved body composition, and cardio endurance are just some of the benefits this workout has to offer. Wear cross-training shoes and comfortable athletic clothing. No previous experience is necessary.

Indoor Cycling
Uniquely tailored to suit a wide range of abilities and fitness goals, the cycling program offers energizing, cycling-inspired rides that combine sound training principles, expert coaching, inspirational music and a unique mind/body philosophy, all at a self-directed pace. Cycling classes are appropriate for all fitness levels.

Pilates
The Pilates focuses not only on the core principles of Joseph Pilates which include control, breath, and stabilization, but also on flexibility and the joy of movement. The Pilates mat classes utilize exercise balls, blocks and therabands to enhance the hour-long class. No two classes are ever the same and every class is customized for the active participants.

Power Pilates
Strength and balance is what Pilates is about. It is an empowering practice that develops mental focus, core strength, and body/mind integration. Athletes, and people at all fitness levels can benefit from classic Pilates exercises enhanced by props and modifications. If you want to relieve stress and tone your muscles at the same time, this class is for you. No previous experience or shoes are necessary. Oh, and did we forget to say that your abs will look fabulous?

Sports Conditioning
Sports conditioning is an intense class that uses sports related functional movements to improve fitness and balance. During the first class we will do a measurable baseline workout. This workout will be repeated again at the last class to track progress.  At times workouts will be competitive in nature. This class is excellent for the intramural or elite athlete because of its scalability. We will do body weight exercises, weighted exercises, use medicine balls and stability training equipment.  This class is inspired by Meris' background as a college athlete and certified crossfit trainer.

Yoga
Slow to medium paced Vinyasa (moving in an out of the poses with your breath) Class. The first 8 weeks will be a beginner’s class that introduces students to the principles of yoga. We will learn basic yoga postures, yogic breathing and relaxation techniques. Each week we will build onto the previous week’s learning and in the final 4 weeks we will fine tune what we have learned. Occasionally more challenging poses will be introduced but modifications will always be available.  No experience or flexibility is required, just an open mind to experience the many benefits of yoga.

Zumba
Zumba fitness is a Latin-inspired, easy-to-follow, calorie-burning Dance Fitness Party!  Zumba is open to all levels of fitness.  Megan begins the class with a warm-up, then takes you on a fun journey of simple dance movements of the Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Reggaeton, Belly Dancing, Hip Hop, Samba, Bachata, Swing Dance and Burlesque. Fitness movements are incorporated into the dance routines.  The class is designed for intermittent cardio training, so that the student can burn the most calories.  Every Zumba class feels like a Dance party because you are moving to Fun, High Energetic music with people who are having a great time!  So bring your friends and party yourself into shape, ZUMBA!
