Instructor Biography's
Christine Booth has been an avid fitness enthusiast for as long as she can remember. She specializes in group cycling and total body work outs. Spin certified since 2007. Chris started as a beginner rider in group wellness classes here at Stevens in 2005 and after a few semesters decided to get to the front of the class and instruct! She truly loves being able to inspire and motivate people to better themselves mentally and physically, and feels that helping people understand their fitness goals and inspiring them to achieve those goals is a truly rewarding experience. Using a mix of old and new upbeat music favorites, her rides will take you through several simulated road “terrains” and are suited for all fitness levels. Her classes are challenging and fun, so be prepared to sweat and burn up to 500 calories! Beginner/new riders are encouraged to arrive a few minutes early for proper set up and instruction. Bring a bottle of water and a towel with you.
