Men’s Golf Wraps Up Play In Mason Dixon Classic

ABBOTTSTOWN, Pa. (October 5, 2014) – The Stevens Institute of Technology men's golf team finished in 14th place Sunday with a 656 at the Mason Dixon Classic after carding a 332 in day two.
 
The two day tournament was held at the par 72 Bridges Golf Club in Abbottstown, Pa.
 
Sophomore Frank Szucs led the Ducks on Sunday with a 78, giving him a team leading 158 for the weekend. Elsewhere, senior Cameron Hill and freshman Austin Binder each shot an 83 on Sunday, giving them a 163 and 167 respectively for the tournament.
 
Franklin and Marshall College won the team portion of the tournament with a 612, while Christopher Gabriele from Franklin and Marshall took the top spot individually with a 147.
 
The Ducks will play locally next weekend as they compete in the NYU/Manhattanville Invitational in Bloomfield, N.J. Follow the team throughout their fall season on stevensducks.com and on Twitter @stevensducks.
