2016-17: Ran an all time best school record of 3:56.62 in the 1500 meter run at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier… Placed first in the 1500 meter run at the Empire 8 Championships… school record holder in the indoor mile run with a time of 4:13.00
2015-16: First Team All-Empire 8 Indoor One Mile run with a time of 4:18.83...Second All-Indoor Empire 8 in the 800, with a time of 1:57.26...First Team All-Outdoor Empire 8 in the 1,500 meter notching a time of 4:05.7...part of first place 4X800 meter relay teams at the Silfen Invitational and the Osprey Open...first place time of 1:58.4 in the DeSchriver Invitational...18th place finish in the 1,500 at the ECAC Outdoor Championships, turning in a time of 4:06.22.
2014-15: Empire 8 Indoor Track Athlete of the Year...two-time E8 indoor track athlete of the week...recorded first place finishes in the 800-meter and 1,650-meter run at the Empire 8 Championships...also took home a pair of first place finishes at the Springfield College meet...Empire 8 outdoor track athlete of the week after setting a school-record of 3:57.30 in thr 1,500-meter at the Bison Classic...season-best time of 7:44 in the 4X800 meter relay at the ECAC Outdoor Championships.
2013-14: Season-best outdoor time in the 4X800 relay of 7:55 at the Oneonta May Meet leading to a second place finish...Finished third at the Richard Stockton Invite in the 3,000-meter.
