2017-18: Recorded a personal-best 11:02.07 in the 3000-meter at the Empire 8 Indoor Championships, earning a fifth place finish ... Ran a personal best in the 5000-meter with a time of 19:28.94 at the Vassar Brewer's Invitational ...  Earned a seventh place finish at the Empire 8 Outdoor Championships in the 5000-meter run. 

2016-17: Ran a season best in the 5000 meters with a time of 19.38.23 at the Monmouth Season Opener… at the Fastrack Last Chance meet ran 11:09.89 in the 3000 meters.

2015-16: Did not compete.

2014-15: Recorded a time of 9:52.6 in the 4x800 meter relay to qualify for the ECAC Outdoor Championships...placed 15th in the 4x8 relay at the ECAC meet...finished second in the 4x8 at the Springfield College Indoor meet.
