Coach Aldins says: "Jay continues to take his game to new levels. After being named both E8 Player and Pitcher of the Year honors in the same year and also finding a home on the All-America team, he competed for the Rochester Honkers in the Northwoods League and was named an All-Star. A clear-cut leader, we are excited to see him continue to shine both on and off the field."

Summer Collegiate Baseball: earned the opportunity to participate in the 2015 Northwoods League All-Star game and pitched a scoreless inning with a strikeout...signed contract to play his summer baseball in 2015 for the Rochester Honkers of the Northwoods League, along with teammate Greg Jakusik...completed the 2015 campaign with the Honkers with a 5-2 record and a 2.80 E.R.A. over 52.1 innings... played his 2014 summer ball for the Newark (N.Y.) Pilots of the Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League (PGCBL), along with teammate Robert Robbins...earned Perfect Game 3rd Team Summer Collegiate All-American status and was the only Division III player on the list...named PGCBL Pitcher of the Year, selected to the All-Star Team, and earned First-Team All-League status after going 6-2 with a 1.35 E.R.A. in 53.1 innings of work...named the 30th best prospect in the PGCBL...signed contract to play his summer baseball in 2013 for the D.C.
