2014-15: Empire 8 Track athlete of the week on 4/28 after placing third in the 800-meter run at the Lions Invitational with a career-best time 1:54.56...second place finish at the Empire 8 Outdoor Championships with a time of 4:00.99 in the 1,500-meter.
2013-14: Recorded a first place finish in the mile race at the MAC Classic...second place finish in the distance medley relay event at the Ramapo College Indoor Select...season-best time of 4:06.53 in the 1,500-meter run at the Matthew Vassar Twilight.
2012-13: Tallied a first place finish at the Empire 8 Indoor Championships in the distance medley relay...time of 10:43.10 at the ESU Deschriver Indoor Invitational in the DMR which was good for a second place finish...season-best 4:18.51 in the 1,500-meter run at the Oneonta State May meet.
2011-12: Did not compete.
2010-11: Notched a third place finish as part of the distance medley team in 10:51.58 at the CTC Relays hosted by Yale University.
