2015-16: Personal best 400 meter time of 51:13 at the Empire 8 Outdoor Championships...finished eighth at the Penn Relays in the 4X400 meter relay...
2014-15: Recorded a first place finish in the 4X400 meter relay, third in the 400-meter and fifth with a time of 23.31 in the 200m at the Matthew Vassar Twilight.
2013-14: Tallied first place finishes in the 4X400 meter relay and the distance medley relay at the Empire 8 Indoor Championships...season-best time of 52.37 in the 400-meter at the Princeton Invitational.
2012-13: First place finish in the distance medley relay at the Empire 8 Indoor Championships...recorded third place finishes in the 4X400 meter relay at the ESU Deschriver Indoor Invite and the Richard Stockton College Invitational.
