High School: earned National Honor Society and Cum Laude recognition...was also honored as a Distinguished Graduate...played for coach Jason Washburn at The Woodlands College Park High School... named 2^nd Team All-District after going 2-0 with a save and a 1.58 E.R.A...played summer baseball for the Houston Hurricanes under coach Aaron Puffer...also played travel baseball with the Houston Saints under Coach Steven Winnon...attended The Major League Beginnings Prospect Camp and the GPA Prospect Camp.

Personal: son of Mary Jakusik... has a brother named Ryan...planning on majoring in Mechanical Engineering...picked Stevens because of the great educational opportunities that it provides, the chance to play college baseball, and the campus’ location near New York City...top MLB team and player are the New York Yankees and Billy Wagner...favorite movie is Gladiator...enjoys fishing and golf in his spare time.

Summer Collegiate Baseball: signed contract to play his summer baseball in 2015 for the Rochester Honkers of the Northwoods League, along with teammate Jayson Yano...played his summer ball in 2014 for the Silver Spring-Takoma Park Thunderbolts of the Cal Ripken Collegiate Baseball League...finished the 2014 summer campaign with a 2-3 record, 2.78 ERA, 45.1 IP (6^th most in the league), and 28 strikeouts...signed contract to play his summer baseball in 2013 for the Woodlands Strykers of the Texas Collegiate League.
