Coach Aldins says: "Robert had a special 4-year career for us and established himself as one of the top talents in the nation. He has been named 1st-Team E8, All-Region and also pitched for the Forest City Owls of the Coastal Plain League  where he was one of the best arms in the league. A leader on our pitching staff, it will be exciting to see Robert continue to grow in his new opportunity in professional baseball with the Joliet Slammer of the Frontier League.

High School: received an AP Scholar award and graduated with distinction...played for coach Robbie Zimmerman at Leon High School...named Leon’s Pitcher of the Year after compiling a 11-1 record with a 1.25 E.R.A...1^st Team All Big-Bend...Next Level Pitcher of the Year...Florida High School Athletic Association District 3-6A Player of the Year...Florida Athletic Coaches Association North All Star Team...6A All-State Team...played summer baseball for the Southeast Blue Sox under coach David Elsbernd and also the Tallahassee Baseball Club under coach Zimmerman...attended University of Virginia’s, Columbia University’s, University of Florida’s, and Georgia Tech’s Prospect Camps...competed at the Perfect Game East Cobb Tournament as well as the AAU National Championship...also competed in Swimming for Leon and was an All-Big Bend selection and State Finalist.

Summer Collegiate Baseball: signed a contract to play in summer 2015 for the Forest City Owls of the prestigious Coastal Plain League and finished the season with a 6-3 record, 3.80 E.R.A. and 55 strikeouts over 68.2 innings of work...played his 2014 summer baseball for the Newark (N.Y.) Pilots of the Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League (PGCBL), along with teammate Jayson Yano...named PGCBL Pitcher of the Week in week two...signed contract to play his summer baseball in 2013 for the Pompano Beach Clippers of the South Florida Collegiate Baseball League and went 4-0 with a 2.83 E.R.A. and 35 strikeouts in 28.2 innings pitched.

Professional Baseball: following his graduation from Stevens in spring 2016, signed contract with the Joliet Slammers of the Frontier League for the 2016 summer campaign.

Personal: son of Susan and Rusty Robbins...planning on majoring in Science and Technology Studies...picked Stevens because of its academic reputation as well as the campus’ college atmosphere...top MLB team and player are the Atlanta Braves and Evan Longoria...favorite book is Moneyball...top movie is The Waterboy...enjoys swimming and ping-pong in his spare time.
