125th Year of Stevens Men's Lacrosse

Stevens lacrosse is the longest continuously running collegiate program in the country. The 2009 season marks the 125th in which Stevens has fielded a men’s lacrosse team. 

To celebrate this milestone, Head Coach Byron Collins and the Alumni Captains’ Committee honored all our former stickhandlers prior to the April 25th game against Empire 8 rival Ithaca College. The fun-filled day included an alumni reception and barbeque, several speeches and presentations, and an on-field, post-game ceremony involving both current and former players.

There is a limited amount of commemorative merchandise left to purchase. We only have certain sizes left in the apparel. Please call for sizing and payment options. Furthermore, we are still selling the three-disk commemorative package for $200. This fantastic keepsake includes an hour-long DVD of the history of the Stevens mens' lacrosse program, a photo CD with over 800 images from the last 125 years, and a copy of the Stevens-Ithaca webcast. All proceeds from merchandise sales and donations will directly benefit the Stevens men's lacrosse team so please give back to the program that has meant so much to you over the years.
