Men's Cross Country Finishes Season at St. Lawrence
CANTON, N.Y. – The Stevens Institute of Technology men’s cross country team completed their 2011 season at NCAA Regionals hosted by St. Lawrence University on November 12 and finished 19th out of 40 teams on the 8K course. The Saints claimed top honors with 89 team points.
Men's Cross Country Lands Three on All-Conference Teams
ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The Empire 8 Conference released its All-Conference teams after the conclusion of Saturday’s Empire 8 Championship race in Saratoga Springs, N.Y., and three Stevens Institute of Technology men’s runners earned a spot on first- or second-team, respectively.
Men's Cross Country Places Second at E8 Championships
SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. – At the 2011 Empire 8 Conference Championships, the Stevens Institute of Technology men’s cross country team finished second out of seven teams on the eight-kilometer course at Saratoga Springs State Park on Saturday morning, October 29. The Ducks totaled 59 points, while the conference champions, Ithaca College, had 37 points.
Men's Cross Country Finishes Third at CTC Championships
JERSEY CITY, N.J. – At Liberty State Park on October 15, the Stevens Institute of Technology men’s cross country team placed third overall out of 14 institutions on the 8K course in the multi-divisional race in the Collegiate Track Conference Championships. Rowan University claimed top honors as a team with 36 points.
Men' Cross Country Places Second at NJIT
NEWARK, N.J. – The Stevens Institute of Technology men’s cross country team recorded its third runner-up finish of the season out of 16 teams at the Highlander Invitiational hosted by the New Jersey Institute of Technology on October 9 at Branch Brook Park. NCAA Division II Felician College placed first overall as a team with 50 points.
